Presentations should get the point across.

but
unfortunately we all know…
I.T. training is so often dry, dry, dry and you have to sit
through hours and hours of it to pick up 3 tips (which you miss anyway as you're
looking out the window)
"If I see one more bullet point I'm going to stick my
complimentary pen into my hand just to relieve the boredom" - you know you've
been there
