Lucy is a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor (jedi for short) with 15 years of training experience. A trainer first and an I.T. person second she has those skills that (unfortunately) many pure I.T. trainers lack. She also can't help but mix up the I.T. with the non-I.T. - so if you get her in for an afternoon of powerpoint training you can expect some presentation skills training thrown in too and so on.
While we concentrate on MS Office we also offer general PC knowledge, Groupwise and Axxia training. We can deliver or design for you to deliver, or both. And we have lots of induction experience so let us help you with that (again design and/or delivery).
